Shania 'Star' Williams is a dancer from Jackson, Mississippi. She is formally a member of the Dancing Dolls. Her parents are Selena Johnson and JJ Williams. She has an older sister, Sunjai, and a twin sister, Sky.
Personal Life[]
Shania StarJai 'Star' Williams was born on May 17, 1999 in Jackson, Mississippi to Selena Johnson and JJ Williams. She has a twin sister, Sky, and an older sister Sunjai. She had an older brother, Quincy Johnson, however he passed away in 2020.
Star and her sisters joined the Dancing Dolls in 2012 and graduated form the team in 2019.
Sky attended Clinton High School, graduating in 2019. She attended Alcorn University and was a member of the Alcorn Golden Girls. On June 6, 2021, Star announced on Instagram that she has chosen not to audition for the Golden Girls and because she is "working on [her] relationship with God".

Season 2[]
Star and Sky are brought to practice by their father, JJ, along with Sunjai. Their father stays to watch practice.
The team are practising a pom-pom routine and Star struggles with her energy. Dianna comments that she dances with no emotion.
The next day, at JJ's house, Star, Sky, and Sunjai are all studying for school. Star and Sky are studying for social studies. That evening at practice, Star and Sky make it through cuts for the pom-pom routine.
At the competition, Selena tries to give the twins a pep talk but she is kicked out of the dressing room by Miss D, with the threat of them al being kicked off the team if Selena continues her antics.
Star competes in her first field show and the team gets second place.
The team are doing a creative dance which will involve the use of straitjackets. Miss D begins cuts for the creative dance and Star is cut, as well as Sky. This leads to an argument between Miss D and their mother.
The team are working on a Janet Jackson-themed creative dance and Miss D is getting frustrated at the Dolls and decides to begin doing cuts. Star is having issues with memory and she is cut from the creative dance.
Star and Sky successfully make it through cuts this week. Miss D utilises her, Sky, Sunjai, and Jalen as a secret weapon in the stand battle. They will be dressed as Purple Diamonds during the stand and they then turn into Dancing Dolls at the end of the stand. The stand is received well at the competition.
The twins are taken to the salon to get makeovers by their parents. Star gets blonde highlights in her hair and Sky gets red highlights. They also get their makeup done.
The girls arrive at practice with JJ walking them in. JJ is told to leave as the twins are already late to practice; they struggle with the choreography and have to go through cuts. Star is cut.
The girls are practising for the creative dance this week and Star is struggling with the choreography. She eventually makes cuts.
Season 3[]
Star joins the mothers and Dianna on this special episode of Bring It!.
Star auditions for the creative dance solo however Crystianna is chosen for the solo.
Star was initially cut from the battle squad but Miss D later decides to include her at the back of the stands for visual effects.
There is a solo/duet division in this week's competition which is litgurial/gospel-themed. Star and Sky, and Faith and Camryn, are chosen to audition for the routine. The girls are given 15 minutes to come up with a routine to show Miss D. The twins perform but Miss D feels as though they are holding back. The twins are not chosen for the duet.
Star is in the battle squad again after Dianna decides to add some extra girls in this week.
Spilling the Tea Reunion Special
There are clips of the twins shown in this special episode of Bring It!. They are asked about their commitment to the Dolls and they admit that they do not feel supported by Miss D. Miss D replies that she has never babied any of her dancers and she will not change, which upsets the twins.
The Dolls are split into two teams this week; Team Kayla and Team Dianna. Star is in Kayla's team and their team is sent out to a different studio. Selena comes along to support her whilst JJ stays at the Dollhouse with Sky.
At home the next day, Star and Sky are trying to find out what the others' team is doing for the competition but both remain quiet.
Star gets a solo during one of the stands and it goes well at the competition. Kayla's team ends up winning the competition against Team Dianna.
Scholarship Dreams and Dating Nightmares
Selena is driving Star and Sky to practice and she tells them how impressed she has been with them recently. They tell their mother they wish to be part of the battle squad.
Miss D yells at Star and Sky when she catches them chatting at the back of practice, and Dianna goes to the viewing room to question Selena as to why the twins are at practice. This leads to Selena taking the twins out of practice and takes them home.
There is a choreographer's challenge at the competition this week and Kayla is training a group of girls who wish to participate. Star is there and Kayla makes Star do the whole dance by herself as the other girls cheer her on and she does well.
On the day of the competition, Star is competing in the choreographer's challenge and she makes it through to the final round. However, she does not win.
