Dominic Thigpen is the father of Faith Thigpen, one of the dancers on the Dancing Dolls.
Personal Life[]
Dominic Thigpen was born 1979/80. He has one child with Dana Roilton, a daughter named Faith. Dominic is now married to Kristen Ward, with whom he has 4 children: Kelsey, Dominic 'Deuce', Daxton and Kiley.
He and his brother, Dathan, are famous gospel singers.

Season 3[]
Dominic arrives at Faith and Dana's house and they have a family meeting. He says he is shocked to find out the news that Faith is a member of the Dancing Dolls from a Facebook post. He states he does not like the style of dance and wishes Faith had stuck to she ballet lessons. Faith tries to reason with her dad and says she wants to learn more styles of dance and one day open a dance studio. Dominic remains unconvinced.
Dominic comes to the competition to watch Faith dance. He is impressed by the performance and he feels moved by the performance.
Season 5[]
Dominic has been texting Dana asking for her and Faith to come to dinner with him. When Dominic arrives, he hugs Faith and Dana and asks Faith about school. Dominic tells Faith and Dana about the opportunities that are present in Atlanta, where he lives. He has talked to a few talent agents and he wants the two of them to move there as well and for Faith to pursue a career in acting. Dana is unhappy about this and she reminds Dominic that Faith has not graduated from high school yet and she wants her to graduate in Jackson. Dominic says that Faith can graduate in Atlanta. Dana tells him no and they change the subject and enjoy the rest of their dinner.
The next day, Dominic goes over to Dana's house and they pick up the conversation from last night. Dana tells him that she does not like being blindsided and that they are meant to work like a team when parenting Faith. He says that he and his brother's careers did not take off in Jackson and that Atlanta moved his career forward. He wants Faith to have the same opportunities as him. Dana says that she did not like the way he went about this topic. Dominic leaves.
The next day, Dominic is back at Dana and Faith's house so he can say goodbye to Faith. The three of them sit down and Dana agrees Atlanta is a great opportunity but it cannot happen right now. Dominic suggests that they come to Atlanta next week and he will show them the opportunities in Atlanta himself. Faith and Dana think it is a good idea and they agree to go.
Dominic drives Faith and Dana to Atlanta and they are all excited for the trip. Dominic tries to convince Faith to move there but she is still feeling wary as she would be moving in the middle of the school year. Dominic takes Dana and Faith to a talent manager and the manager is interested in working with Faith and is impressed with her dance skills.
Dana, Faith, and Dominic talk about last week's trip to Atlanta and Dana is convinced with Dominic's plans but she leaves it up to Faith. Faith thanks her father but she has decided she is not ready to move to Atlanta at the moment. Dominic is shocked but supportive of her decision.
Dominic is seen at the music video filming of Faith's music video with Pink Heart.
